We are sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy with any product for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of your purchase. Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days (using the same payment method you used when placing your order).

Please Note:

  • You can return any VelourMen product within 60 days, even if it has been used. However, the product must be at least 75% full.
  • Empty products are not eligible for return and will not be covered under this policy.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the individual product prices will be charged in full, and the bundle discount will be voided.
  • If you return an order that includes a complimentary gift, we kindly ask that you also return the gift. Gifts are offered as a special bonus with your purchase, and if not returned with the order, we reserve the right to charge the value of the gift.
  • We can only accept returns for orders placed directly through our website (www.velourmen.com). We cannot refund purchases made through third-party websites or stores.
  • A return notification is required. Without it, we cannot process a return or issue a refund.
  • We can only provide a refund after we have received your returned items.

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase from our website. We do not accept returns for products bought from third-party retailers or resellers.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
