Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available for orders over β¬100 within the continental of Europe.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your packageβs progress. Please check your spam or junk folder if you donβt receive the tracking email.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
